Tell us about who you are and what you do at C4S

Hey, I’m Alex, Associate Director of Technology. I joined the business in the early stages and have been involved in the growth of the tech division. With the passion and determination of the great people we have in the business we are forever looking to grow and develop.

How long have you been with C4S?

I ​have been with C4S Search for 7 years, I joined the business as a fresh young faced graduate into a 180 resourcer role for crazy Jay… 7 years later and not so young face, after a few promotions I now look after our Tech function with the aim of the best, not biggest team who provide the best service to both candidates and partners!

What is one achievement at C4S you are proud of?

There are lots, but building a record-breaking team off the back of the pandemic is right up there, not just for being record-breaking, but for having awesome people in the team who are progressing and working hard to have the best lifestyle out of work!

What do you like to do outside of C4S?

Golf, Football, friends and family time… I also love a glass of Red
